You will find on the spot and in the surroundings several possibilities of bathe to spend a pleasant moment in family. In Luchon, the open-air swimming pool located near our campsite opens its doors from June to September, and the Pique river which borders the campsite over its entire length will allow you to refresh yourself as well. During your summer hikes, you can enjoy a picnic at the edge of an altitude lake to taste their invigorating waters.
The Ludéo water park located 30 minutes from Luchon will delight children with its slides, and the Blue Flag-labeled Montrejeau lake located 40 minutes away is the ideal place to spend a family day by the water.
A short 10 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride will take you from the campsite to the Luchon outdoor swimming pool located 900m away. You will find there all summer a giant slide, water games for the little ones, a dining area, volleyball courts and a large grassy area to relax.
The Pique river is a mountain stream whose bed widens out of the Castelvieilh gorges. You can easily access it from the pedestrian exit of the campsite. Fresh water is ideal for hot summer days or after a hike. The wide and shallow bed is a playground much appreciated by children … and fishermen.
Located about 40km from Luchon, Montrejeau lake is labeled blue flag for the quality of its bathing water. You will find there a sandy beach, fitted out and supervised, bordered by a large wooded area furnished with games for children, and picnic tables. Around the lake, you can hire pedalos to go to its central island, and a large aquatic play area is also available.
Located around 30 minutes from the campsite in the Loudenvielle valley, Ludéo is a very pleasant human-sized water park which welcomes you during the summer on the shores of Lake Genos. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find the Balnea water complex with themed indoor and outdoor pools. The opportunity to discover another Pyrenean valley, with its castle overlooking the lake.
